A special opportunity: the yoga retreat “Biegsam Stabil”, led by the renowned yoga teacher and physiotherapist Eva Obermeier.

It will take place from September 29th to October 3rd 2024 at the Aumallia Hotel & Spa and we warmly invite all our guests to take part.

Eva Obermeier is an experienced yoga teacher who was trained in Germany and India. In 1998 she founded one of the first yoga schools in Berlin. She teaches the orthopedic yoga “Ortho-Yoga” which she developed and certified, a modern Hatha yoga style with a physiotherapeutic approach. This approach combines classic yoga positions with elements of fascia yoga and is suitable for people of all ages.

The retreat includes:

- Daily yoga classes in German

- Accommodation in our beautiful double rooms with terrace
