General terms and conditions

 

The processing of a reservation using the web page www.aumallia.com, implies the client´s express acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered to be an integral part of the reservation and are completed by the specific applicable legislation.

Reservations and returns

At the moment to carry out the reservation, there must be paid, by means of sure payment by credit card, the deposit amount of the reservation, which quantity is indicated in the corresponding page of payment, not being considered confirmed when the above mentioned payment is not carried out. The client receives the details of his reservation by e-mail, together with a number that will identify it, and all the related information, the conditions and politics of returns and cancellations.

The transaction will be effected in EUROS, whatever the origin of the client might be.

The reservation includes

The services detailed, according to the conditions of reservation, stipulated by the touristic establishment at the moment to effect the reservation. VAT included.

Responsibility of the client

When having effected the reservation, the client is full and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that he/ she certifies. In case of verifying incorrectness, this might provoke the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellations

At all time the client can desist from the requested or contracted services, having right to the return of the quantity that he/she had paid previously, but he/ she will have to indemnify to the reserved tourist establishment by the concepts that are described later:

- Cancellation until 7 days before arrival: no cancellation fee will be charged
- Cancellation 6 - 3 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount
- Cancellation 2 -1 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

Animals are not admitted.

The direction reserves the right to alter this information without previous notice.
